WHAT IS THE USE OF ZOLADEX 10.8 MG INJECTION ?
Goserelin implant is used in men to treat symptoms of Prostate Cancer.
Goserelin implant is used in women to treat breast cancer or endometriosis. Goserelin is also used in women to prepare the lining of the uterus for endometrial ablation (a surgery to correct abnormal uterine bleeding).
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ZOLADEX 10.8 MG INJECTION ?
Zoladex is a man-made form of a hormone that regulates many processes in the body. Goserelin overstimulates the body's own production of certain hormones, which causes that production to shut down temporarily.
WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE-EFFECTS OF ZOLADEX 10.8 MG INJECTION ?
Hot flashes (flushing), dizziness, headache, increased sweating, trouble sleeping, nausea, change in breast size, vaginal dryness, or hair loss may occur.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: vaginal burning/pain, pain during sex (in women), breast pain/tenderness, new/worsening bone pain, new broken bone, burning feeling in feet/toes, swelling of the ankles/feet, unusual tiredness, signs of kidney problems (such as change in the amount of urine), stomach/abdominal pain or swelling, mental/mood changes (such as depression, mood swings, hallucinations).
